The poster says “currency with a yellow seal has been bleached or tampered with”. And claims to to be a knowledgeable and reputable dealer. I have notes with yellow seal and serial number also in yellow. Which are not tampered with! A further search of more reputable sources will inform that this currency was printed specially for troops stationed in North Africa. This was done so that in the event that money falling into enemy possession it could be deemed worthless. For some reason this wasn’t done in Iraq….I also have currency with brown seal and stamped “Hawaii”. Printed during the second war for the same reason.
