USMC issued Combat boots

For those of you looking for good boots I strongly suggest some nice desert marine issue boots. Usually these boots are made by two compaines “Bates” and “Belleville” which are very visually different and distinct designs of boots, usually Belleville boots are wider compaired to Bates. There are two styles of these boots as well made for Jungle “which have the small circular vents in the sides” and goretex “waterproof” normally known as winter and summer boots. Marines typically get issued only the summer boots depending on where there gear is issued from.
With the boots some have branded eagle globe and anchors on the sides which most people traditionally think are the real issued ones however not all issued boots bear these marks. They also range in style, durability and price if your buying them from lets say a PX “military store” some start around 70 bucks new and go up to over 100 dollars.
Usually the tread is basicaly the same but features such as foot support and the way the boots laces go can vary on style and brand.
