Not all pontoons are party barges, however. One of the most popular new trends is the personal pontoon boat. These miniature pontoons are essentially pontoon “chairs”–and are extremely popular with serious spinners and fly fisherman. Prices are very affordable–miniature pontoons can be had from well-known makers for as low as $150-$200.
