As many people forfeit their birth-right to be healthy, natural health is often over-looked. Many things in today’s society are made to be complicating and confusing. As a result, simple and effective solutions are often passed over for their ineffective counter-parts.
Another word for “perfect” is “complete”. Another word for “complete” is “full”. A “perfect” circle is 360 degrees. A “complete” circle is 360 degrees; and so on. Another word that may be inserted into this equation is “whole” (as in wholistic). Thus, when one is dealing with wholistic (”whole”) health, “perfect” health is the aim and issue.
To make the Life simple is to gain control. There is no room for confusion in simplicity. Another word for “health” is “ease”. Just as another word for “illness” is “dis-ease”. It is said that “dis-ease” is any departure from a normal state of health (”ease”). Any situation that causes one to go to a state of “un-easiness” is something that is causing “dis-ease”. Thus, as strange as it may seem to some, any form of “excitement” is in turn a departure from a normal state of health (departure from “ease” / “peace”). This excitement creates a wedge and opening for “dis-ease”.
To illustrate our point, take the following into consideration. Living in America, one is often confronted with business advertisements. These advertisements often promote the sale of goods by using loud sounds and bright colors. A term often used in these campaigns is the word “mania” (”Game-Mania”; “Crazy-Cash Days”; “Summer Madness”; “Spring BlowOut”; “Wild Wednesdays”; etc).
The word “mania” is a term used to denote mental “dis-ease”. The current Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary defines “mania” as:
1 : excitement manifested by mental and physical hyperactivity, disorganization of behavior, and elevation of mood; specifically : the manic phase of bipolar disorder
2 a : excessive or unreasonable enthusiasm (a mania for saving things) — often used in combination b : the object of such enthusiasm.
From the above term (”mania”), we are given another term (”manic”), which is used to suggest bi-polar disorders. We trust that see the point and understand that which we are attempting to convey. While excitement is understood to produce madness and confusion, we see that these state are parallel to hellish conditions of life. Calmness paves the road to peace and contentment, which is felt as heaven while we live.
