Mp3/4 player from China

electronics February 19th, 2008

I recently purchased a mp3/4 Igb player from uxcell. The players radio quit working after the first day but sounded good while it worked–I was able to record a song to the player from the radio–as I am electronically challenged, it took me several days to figure out how to download songs and I have not been able to convert any video to amv for download or upload to the player–the music on the player is excellent and the $31 plus $5 shipping is worth the price for this part alone–I have bantered back and forth with uxcells customer service but they think we are idiots and keep asking if you did this or that–I still think the unit is worth the money as it holds several hundred songs in mp3 format and the earbuds deliver an excellent sound–the package offers software for converting formats but mine didn’ have any in the package==I downloaded some from uxcell’s website but don’t know how to use it as the instructions are worthless to a technologically challenged person like me–bottom line it is worth the price but don’t expect it to work well in all functions–I will not buy again from this manufacturer simply because of poor customer service–they are language challenged and don’t speak American–meaning they know the words but don’t understand our culture, habits, desires and idiosyncricies
