If You Have Acne READ THIS!

Have you tried everything to get rid of acne with no success? Well I have too. I didn’t have severe acne but enough that it really bothered me. I was reading an article I found through my e-mail provider about hydrogenated oils and the side effects of them. Well one side effect is acne. I’ll explain in a little bit.
You’ve heard all about hydrogenated oils and partially hydrogenated oils but do you really know what they are? Well I looked it up and found out some shocking news.
Hydrogenated oils are oils that are chemically engineered. Hydrogenation gas is fused into the oils using a metal catalyst, aluminum, cobalt, and nickel. Without the metals, the hydrogen could not be fused into the oils. All are toxic metals to the body. Since the metals are toxins the body doesn’t know how to get rid of them or break them down. In the end they are ridded from the body out through your pores thus resulting in acne. It’s a cheaper but dangerous way to produce more product.
I was surprised but after thinking about it it made complete sense. Here’s how I put it into perspective. I don’t know if you know anything about methamphetamines, but they are really common here in Iowa. Meth is made up entirely of chemicals. People that do methamphetamines get really bad body sores and severe acne from all the chemicals. The same thing is happening through hydrogenated oils.
It is kind of expensive but how I got rid of my acne is I stopped buying foods that contain hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. It’s pretty impossible to cut them completely out since 90% of foods have them in it, but I try my best. Most of the food I buy is organic or all natural. Organic and all natural foods can not contain artificial or chemically engineered ingredients. If you do try to cut out the oils don’t expect results within a day or two. It took me about two months to notice a real change. It takes awhile for your body to rid itself of the chemicals.
Just look at the nutrition lable of your foods. It will tell you what’s in the item. High Fructose Corn Syrup is based on the same chemical engineering. Try to cut those out too. I know it is next to impossible to completely cut out both but if there is an alternative product without them than buy that.
Here a few other tips I’ve learn along the way.
Only use one acne medication. Multiple acne medications can actually make acne worse since it dries the skin out so much. The skin then has to produce twice the amount or even more oil to help hydrate the skin. I use an acne toner as my acne medication. If your skin does become dry don’t forget to moisturize. You need to maintain a healthy balance. Dry skin can cause acne too.
Use an exfoliator once a day. I recommend using it at night. The body heals faster when asleep. It will help clear your acne faster. Exfoliators remove dead skin cells that clog pores. You don’t want those dead cells on your face when you’re sleeping.
I mix my exfoliator with my cleanser, in my hand, before washing. It helps remove the dead cells so the cleanser can get into the pores. I don’t recommend using the cleanser than the exfoliator for you won’t have anything to clean out your pores that were covered by the dead skin cells.
Use a clay based mask every few days. It helps regulate oil production and cleans deep in the pores. It also helps shrink pores and take down swelling of any blemishes you may have now. They work wonders.
Sweating is also good. I know, women don’t like to sweat but it is good for you. It helps clear your pores. Make sure you wash right after you sweat to remove what dirt is on your face otherwise it will block your pores again.
Shower often. This is a big one especially for those of you with oily hair. The oils in your hair move down the hair follicle and if your hair touches your face it gets transferred to your face. Try to keep your hair clean and away from your face.
This is what worked for me. It took me 10 years to find a system that worked and my skin has never looked better. I don’t even wear make-up anymore. I use to wear make-up to cover my acne; which again can make acne worse. Read my article Use Baby Wipes to Remove Make-Up if you wear make-up. No matter what kind of make-up you buy don’t be fooled. You are covering your pores with something and that something blocks them.
I think I got everything. I will update this guide if I notice I forgot something. This really did work for me. Like I said I had tried almost everything. I got fed up with wasting my money and started researching. I found a system that worked. I wanted to share my 10 years of experience and research with everyone that has an acne problem. I truely think this can work for you.
Feel free to contact me vangerer if you want to know what products I use or have any questions.
I hope everyone the best.
