HELLO! This is a guide to making and buying a HTML Ebay Auction Template. I have a store and I make auction templates. What I have found is has lots of policy and listing regulations on this. What I think is that people dont read them. Ebay has lots of help in the their Help pages to help you in buying and making them to sell. I think people are getting carried away with the graphics all over the page, and they are ugly to look at and also cover s part of the page that you can not find s wording. Ebays listing policy state that you can not put a back ground in a template that goes up in s part of the page, or down at the bottom where s words are. There are alot of people with things falling from the top of the page, from falling hearts to flowers and just stuff. All this is a listing violation by . If you see these sites you should report them. The only part that can be changed by the template maker is the part that you put your listing in. You also can not change the colors of the words where you place your bids. The no right click scripts people put in their templates are not allow either. This goes for store fronts and about me pages. If you see people doing this they just have not got caught yet. Last note, all of my templates in my store comform to s listing policys. I know that all that extra stuff can be fun and some times look good, But you also need to remember that the page takes longer to load with to much moving graphics on it and I feel sorry for people on dial up. They must have a time with those pages. Thank you for reading and hope that this has shed some light on the subject of buying and making a template. Sincerly, Charish
