1. Keep a journal.

2. Before going to bed each night, say outloud to Self, “I will remember a dream”

3. Sleep, have a dream.

4. Write down with as much detail as possible the dream.

4. Identify symbols, who, what, where, scene theme and characters.

6. Purchase a Dreamer’s Dictionary by Dr. Barbara Condron through SOM Publishing or submit dream to dreamschool.org.
