As a medical herbalist for over 25 years I have had numerous questions on the purchasing of herbal medicines and other herb products online. Usually an herb as a dried product is a stable and potent item for several years. Variables include storage, proper identification and known age.
This means if you or your supplier doesn’t know where the herb is from, it could be or contain just about anything. Ask for a reasonable explanation of where the product came from and when and where it was processed. This also includes herbs and herb formulas as a capsuled product. Don’t be taken in by fancy names or cure promises or great prices, this is not enough.

Do your homework and be clear why you feel you need this item and are you prepared to take this internally by the promise of an advertisement.

Once you feel clear about your herbal choice enter an eBay search and find your best product.

Most every herbalist I have ever know or trained has a high degree of ethics and would never sell anything they themselves would not take or prescribe to their family or patients.

Most important…KNOW why you need to take this herbal substance. Proper herb use is a timeless practice known by all cultures, past and present. Herbal supplementation can make you well and keep you well.
