Haunted, Schmaunted!

Yep, You are hearing it from the witches’ mouth folks, I do not believe in “Haunted” items, and I ask that you seriously consider this before purchasing anything that claims to be “haunted” or “Charmed or Blessed”. (oh Yeah, Scroll down and I am going to show you how simple it is for you to Charm your own things too!).

This is not to say that there are not occurances of Spirits occupying places they may have lived or worked, and I do refer to them as Spirits, especially those I knew here on the Earth plane in Life, not Ghosts! None of my relatives became Ghosts, they are just Spirits in another plane now hat they have passed over. BUT, I do not believe that anyone would wish to spend eternity locked up within a piece of jewelry, book, or other material item!

As for those items that are supposedly charmed or blessed, positive energy can never hurt, and A Witches’ Blessing or Spell should always be considerred beneficial, as we have but one rule, To do as we will, as long as it harms no one and nothing, and to know that whatever we do will return upon us! So, true Witches are virtually incapable of harming anyone. Their true task is to heal others, themselves and the Earth.

BUT, I would never pay another to perform a spell for me. This is because no other person, not even the Merlin himself, knows your own intentions, mind and heart the way that you do. Therefore, no one can possibly be as effective as your own attempts to help yourself via Magick, even if they be bumbling beginners acts at best!

Anyone who has ever asked me to do spellwork for them (and lots of people have, and even offerred money too!) has been replied to with a list of books to help them find their own Magick. I will help you to do it, but I will never do it for you!

So, please keep these things in mind when considerring any “special” item on , and know that the Magik lies within you too! Better yet, don’t buy the haunted item until you read a book or two and see if it is for you! ( I’ve got a great list posted on the home page of my store called “Seeking Knowledge” if you would like to know my favorite ones, most of which I do not sell!)

If you would like to know HOW TO CHARM or BLESS YOUR OWN ITEMS… well that is simple!

Here’s How…. Simply hold the object in your hands, let’s say it is a piece of jewelry that you want to charm for protection before you give it to your friend as a gift.

Close your eyes and envision the person your want to ask protection for, see whatever visualization you wish to show that they are being protected, perhaps encicling them with CRystaline white light, or envisioning a Dragon that is always there to protect them form all harm.

Actualy feel your desire to see them protected, and feel the emotion flowing from your self, pouring down your arms, into your hands and into the object.

You can chose to say something like, “I ask that Sally be protected form all harm in any form, wiht harm to none, So Mote it Be!”, or say nothin at all, just feel what you intend.

Once you feel that the item is “Charged” as much as it can be, stop and say “It is Fixed!”, this indicates that no matter who touches it, the charm will not wear off.

Now, oyu can charm things for protection, to bring love, for healing, or anything you like!

Now… Isn’t the “real thing” better then some old “Haunted ring”!
