item #300009978700 seemed to good to be true. which was a blue ‘05 softail. reserve was not met, so i asked what they would be willing to take for the bike if i gave them cash? at first they said they needed $12,250. then i got an e-mail from a different address and they said they would take $10,000 if i would wire $2900 to the agent before monday(this was on friday) they said it was very urgent and thats why they would give me such a good deal on the bike. they said they were doing some big project and needed $50,000 by monday, otherwise they would lose $30,000. i kinda was skeptical so i e-mailed back the listing(not the outside e-mail) and asked if all they needed was $2900 for now. well they e-mailed back and told me $12,250. so i e-mailed back this shelby smith and asked what the deal was and she said that she makes the prices and discounts, not the other poeple. so then i really thought something was up. needless to say i passed on the offer, but i thought maybe i should try to report it to warn anyone else. watch out!!
