I recently purchased a coin on Ebay that was “certified,” by “Gallery Coin Compay.” Similar to the other guide regarding using caution about graded coin companies, my coin was supposedly worth $10,000 plus. The fact of the matter is that my MS67 RD Lincoln cent is at best BU. The coin is ain a case that is not even sealed and my two year old son can open it with little effort. The coin itself has blatant scratches and there is even bits of lint or dust debris inside the case along with the coin. As mentioned before by another individual, please use caution and buy the coin not the grading per say. I hope this helps all those true numismatists out there.
