Leave feedbacks! They are helpful as a learning tool for the Buyer and the Seller. I received several negative feedbacks from one customer regarding shipping/handling/packaging fees. The customer was right! I refunded the portion of the shipping/handling/packaging fees. I revampt my shipping/handling/packaging fees policies shortly after the sale of the items to this customer (back in June) and gave this customer a refund on the amount so that it reflected my current policy even though it was after the fact.

I just wanted to thank this customer for the feedback. Even though it was negative it was a good lesson in learning. Thank you!
