According to Golf Digest April 2006, Michael Cambell still has one of these in his bag. The winner of the 105th U.S. Open still uses this old guy even though Callaway would give him any new club he wants. I still have mine too. The feel and sound are exactly what we’ve come to expect from Callaway, and the results are just as great. The sole has a steel soleplate to move the weight lower, and get through the turf. This baby slides through rough and gets under that ball. My biggest benefit from this club has to be confidence. I know exactly how the ball will fly when I hit this club. I hit it straight almost evey time I use it, and I can’t ask for more than that considering my slicing ability.2006.JPG
