I wrote a wonderful review before…….BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!! If you have a problem with a watch you can just forget about getting any service from this guy……..Warranty means nothing. I returned a watch at my expense that had only been worn a few times. They said it would be back fully repaired in 15 days. After many emails and delays watch was returned in the same broken non working condition……..they never even bothered to check it, open it or repair it. No explanation of anykind from this master watch maker (LOL) Very dissapointed and will never buy from them again.
