yes, they will lock your account “without” a court order and put a hold on your money. the restrictions include not being able to send money, you cannot buy anything with your money, you cannot transfer money to your bank account nor cancel your account. also, when you delete your bank account or credit card information, they do not really delete it - they hide it from your view.
