Ladies clamor to Ebay everyday in their bid to own a designer bag that has caught their fancy for a fraction of retail price.Sourcing avidly for a chance to clutch in their perfectly manicured hands,an authentic GUCCI,PRADA,LOUIS VUITTON,HERMES,CHANEL,DIOR or a FENDI arm candy in order to be the envy of her colleague,friends or relatives.A chance to show that she HAS ARRIVED

I am not ashamed to admit that I am one such fashionista.Afterall,it is not a crime to want to own a designer bag at a fraction of retail price if the bag is INDEED GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC.In fact,I would dare say that I find myself clever for being able to bag a bargain(no pun intended => ).That was how my love affair with Ebay started.

I got excited when I saw just how affordable all the GUCCIs,PRADAs,LOUIS VUITTONs,HERMESs,CHANELs,DIORs and FENDIs are on Ebay.Until I read in the reviews of how some of these bags are actually FAKES!!!Some claimed that the bags that they are selling are indeed authentic and so I embarked on a research.

What i found was that:

1.LOUIS VUITTON ARE NEVER SOLD at wholesale prices.So if and when there exists sellers claiming that they are selling brand new AUTHENTIC LVs at a fraction of retail price,I would advise that you stop bothering to read after the first line.

2.THERE are authentic FENDIs,GUCCIs,PRADAs and BALENCIAGAs, being sold at wholesale prices.However,more often than not,these pieces are either

-past season factory imperfects

-overstock items

-requires you to buy a certain amount of bags before you are able to purchase it at wholesale prices.

So designer bags can be acquired at a steal.IT IS NOT A MYTH.However,having said that,you should not let your guard down.Do check on a seller’s reputation and feedbacks given to the seller before you actually commit yourself to buying.
