If you receieve goods that are damaged first thing you can do is report it to the carrier(UPS, DHL etc.) second thing is to contact the person or company you bought the item from most of the time the seller well be curtious and try there hardest to striaghten things out sometimes they wont and you might just have to deal with it. aAnd give them very bad feedback. Im sure the EBAY USERS DONT DO THAT THOUGH. After it all gets straightened out and you get your money back or you get a new product then you can set back relax and :) smile ( :

P.S. Not all seller reactions well be the same people are people be careful and COMPLETE ALL TRANSACTIONS ON EBAY OR NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT DAMAGES OR ANYTHING ELSE.
