Are you interested in collecting coins but feel overwhelmed by the amount of coins to choose from? One simple solution that I found was starting a collection of each type of coin. It helped by getting what is called a TYPE book to display the coins in. When it was time to begin filling my book one coin at a time I started at the local coin shop where their guidance and expertise helped me go in the right direction. Not only has it been an enjoyable but I also have learned a lot by hunting for each type of coin to fill the book. I soon realized that it wasn’t just a simple hobby to get into to. Since then I have expanded my collection with other coins too. Picking up a red book with all the different types of coins and there values was an essential part in starting my collection. A good idea when beginning is to get the most expensive coins first as they are the ones that will appreciate the fastest saving you money in the long run.
