Excellent game improvement irons! I played older Cobra TRD blades with moderate success. Second and third time out shot 42-39 and 40-44 on two very tough courses (slopes 132 and 141). Miss hits go 90% and they are tough to chunk. They don’t permit a ton of spin on short iron approaches but they play 15% longer. 8-iron used to top at 150 but new 8-iron is 155-158 and 5-iron was 185 but new 5-iron 195-200. 3-iron and 4-iron tough off the turf but easy to hit off the tee for controlled long irons or tight tee shots.

I purchased the Cobra 3100I/H Irons on ebay because I wanted to try the clubs with graphite shafts. I was delighted with the entire process of purchasing on ebay! The clubs are exactly what I wanted and the graphite shafts give me a few more yards and less dispersion. The low center of gravity of the Cobra Irons get the ball up and away very quickly with few off-center hits. Did I mention the price was excellent and $100 less than my golf pro could offer for the same clubs!
