Chinese scooters

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Chinese scooters aren’t what they’re advertised to be. Maybe I was dreaming to think a 150cc bike could possibly do 65 mph. Why do all those companies keep advertising that. 50 to 55 is it. And the little problems….you better know something about working on it. Thanks
