Knives made in China may not always be of the highest quality, but many are exceptionally good. They will, however, most likely not appreciate in value as knives made in the USA. The Rough Rider knives are made in China and the ones I’ve purchased have been of very high quality. Marbles and Remington have some of their knives made in China. They are usually distinguished by the title “Global Knives”, “World Knives”, or no mention is made of the knife being made in the USA. If the price on a knife looks too good, ask the seller where the knife was made. If they fail to respond, then the knife was most likely made in China. I remember when things made in Japan were considered junk. Now Moki and a number of other Japanese makers are considered great knives and their knives command high prices. Try to keep things in perspective when looking at purchasing knives.
