I have bought 2 items for a gift last X-mas, they were supposed to be “genuine” emerald with 10k gold and “geniune” tanzanite with diamonds in 14k gold. The emeralds are swarafkosky chrystal the gold nickel with “gold colored” metal plate. The tanzanite is ameythist there are no diamonds its cut chrystal not even CZ, the gold is marked 14K but is a very thin layer of possably 14k on nickel as well.

Unfortunently we trusted these sellers and did not bother with a appraisal untill recently and have no way to get this money back! We are now stuck with 2 pieces of junk that turn her fingers green!
