THIS IS NOT RIGHT WHAT SO EVER. THE CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT KEEPS YOUR EBAY SITE GOING. IF YOU RAISE THE FEES , WHICH I FEEL ALREADY ARE TO HIGH AS IT IS, BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONE FEE OF PUTTING THE ITEM ON THEN ANOTHER FOR A FINAL FEE AND IT DOESNT COST AT ALL THAT AMOUNT AND WITH AS MANY PEOPLE USE EBAY THE EBAY PEOPLE MAKE A KILLING ANYWAY. IF ANYTHING FEES SHOULD GO DOWN AND AS FOR THE FEEDBACK TAKING AWAY THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS NOT RIGHT EITHER AS THE CUSTOMERS MAKE EBAY THE WAY IT IS AND KEEP IT GOING AND HAVE A RIGHT WHEN THERE ITEMS ARE NOT WHAT THERE SUPPOSED TO BE OR NOT WHAT THEY PURCHASED HAVE THAT RIGHT TO LEAVE AND POST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO ALERT OTHERS THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT SELL WHAT HE OR SHE HAS PROMISED. IF THE CUSTOMERS HAVE NO SAY THEN WHY LET EBAY LIVE. AND IF EBAY ITSELF WHATS TO TREAT THE BAD CUSTOMERS, THE ONES THAT DONT SELL THE ITEMS THE WAY THE DESCRIPTION SAYS OR NOT AT ALL WHAT THE ITEM PORTRAYS BETTER THAN THE GOOD EBAYERS YOU FAITHFULLY PAY THERE FEES AND WHAT THERE ITEMS SAY ARE TRUE THEN EBAY HAS A DEFINITE PROBLEM, IVE FELT ALL WAY LONG THAT EBAY TREATS THE ONES THAT RIP PEOPLE OFF, LIE ABOUT THERE ITEMS, ETC MUCH BETTER AND THAT JUST ISNT RIGHT. THE GOOD CUSTOMERS NEED AND SHOULD FEEL GOOD ABOUT BEING ON EBAY AND SELLING OR BUYING. EBAY NEEDS A OVERHAUL AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED IT NEEDS TO RESPECT IS GOOD CUSTOMERS AND STOP PLAYING AROUND WITH FEES AND TREATING THE BAD ONES GOOD. EBAY STRAIGHTEN UP OR YOU WILL RUIN YOURSELF BECAUSE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP RAISING FEES AND NOT TREATING THE GOOD CUSTOMERS RIGHT SOMEONE ELSE WILL JUST MAKE ANOTHER AND BETTER AUCTION SITE SO YOUR PLAYING WITH FIRRRRRRRRRRRE.
