Cerified Graded Coins

When looking to buy graded coins often times it is best to buy coins that have a certified grade. However one must be aware that coins certified by some places are more desierable than others.

Quite often people selling coins will refer to PCGS prices. Ironicly they will have a coin that is certified by another insted of PCGS.

On Ebay auctions one will see coins that have been certified. Don’t let your self be fooled into thinking that any coin that is certifed, is certified by the same standards.

The legetimate coin grade certification companies that people trust do not sell coins.

Ask questions befor buying. Know the reputation of the company that has certified the coin. A business that sell coins and every coin they sell is certified, should raise questions to you! For instance, does the seller also own the certification company? If so bewere. The potential for abuse, lax guidlines in there grading, as to get more coins of higher grades, creates more profits.

Just remember when buying coins, that not all sellers are honnist nor are they all crooks. And know that you can find out who the CEO is of a company that sells a perticular brand of certified coins, and if they are the owner or CEO of the grading company, Well comon scence should tell you that a conflict of interest is there.

Have fun
