CBR1000 scam

Cars & Trucks March 7th, 2008

Also like the CBR1000 that was reportedly over seas, I came accross a CBR1000rr, reportedly a 2004, with low miles, again the VIN was not given nor a picture of the VIN or the odometer. The rear tire was brand new (still had red and blue stripes on it), the bike apeared to be in a dealership. The seller offered to pay for shipping. The sale was bidder approved only, and the seller threatened to “turn in” anyone who attempted to bid without approval. The seller also stated to not send him questions via E-bay, because “his file was full” and would never recieve the e-mail. (I am assuming this is to prevent any record or postings of questions.

Watch out, if its to good to be true it most likely is!
