Caution E-Bay buyers

Dear E-Bay Buyers, I purchased a cd player brand new ( refurbished) It did not work when it was delivered three weeks late. Pay Pal did NOTHING to fix the problem. I still have a 150.00 cd player that does not work. Pay Pal is a JOKE.
