This is among the best of the best. Distance and carry is great. Very forgiving. Great launch angle and unbelievable ball flight. Easy to shape shots off the tee. I have made a move from a Ping G2 driver to Taylormade R540 xd. This transition was a breeze. I enjoy this driver more than any other I have used. Good luck hope this helps.

Short to the point and accurate

I always felt I needed a more upright iron, and to actually use a club for a number of days instead of an hour on “DEMO” day seemed to be a much better test. Of course PING has always been one of the premier irons and their quality control is second to none so I bought the DEMO club for a true test. The five degrees upright for my tall frame ( 6′4″ ) and shorter arms is just what the Doctor ordered as the iron fit me perfectly. I am a lower HDC, (2.4) and I found that hitting this club was easier than my older set of irons and that there were more solid shots than I expected. Golf became more fun again, and if you are a golfer you know what I mean when you hit it more solid more often…..it was more like play instead of work. I’m sure you have felt, sometimes golf can just be tough and to fight your irons while you are trying to have fun, well it’s just NOT that fun. The outcome was this, I liked the set-up so well that I bought a set of PING IRONS on ebay that had these specs and have played with them and have been more than pleased. Ping has a fitting chart at many golf stores that would give you a good indication what “LIE” you mjay need ( color coded dots ) and length. I’d then recommend to go back to ebay find that same demo club ( they have a lot of different ones ) get it for your self, pound some balls on a few different days and see if that is the club for you…..then go forth and have fun again with a full set of irons. Good golfing

Many different types of this same putter but is most definately the most influential putter ever made. It has been copied by most every company and has been used by many proffesionals to win. Dont be confused by the high prices of the Cameron Newport, its a straight up copy of this great putter.

Callaway Steelhead 4+ Fariway Wood

Sporting Goods May 29th, 2008

Purchase was based on my use of a friends callaway steelhead 4 wood. I decided that I would like to have a club like that in my bag. This club fits my game perfectly. I feel I’m able to make better and more solid contact with this club over others I have tried. E-Bay provides comsumers such as me an opportunity to see, review & purchase items that are sometime not readily seen and/or available elsewhere.

Even in 2006, Michael Campbell still uses this 3 wood

Sporting Goods May 29th, 2008

According to Golf Digest April 2006, Michael Cambell still has one of these in his bag. The winner of the 105th U.S. Open still uses this old guy even though Callaway would give him any new club he wants. I still have mine too. The feel and sound are exactly what we’ve come to expect from Callaway, and the results are just as great. The sole has a steel soleplate to move the weight lower, and get through the turf. This baby slides through rough and gets under that ball. My biggest benefit from this club has to be confidence. I know exactly how the ball will fly when I hit this club. I hit it straight almost evey time I use it, and I can’t ask for more than that considering my slicing ability.2006.JPG

Titleist 975F Fairway Wood

Sporting Goods May 29th, 2008

I FOUND MYSELF ON THE FENCE ABOUT THIS FAIRWAY WOOD. WHILE I LIKED THE LOOK, FEEL, DISTANCE AND SOUND OF THE CLUB (16.5 DEGREE), THE SIZE OF THE HEAD WAS JUST A LITTLE TOO SMALL AND UNFORGIVING TO REALLY GIVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO SWING FREELY. I CAN’T REALLY BLAME A CLUB FOR THAT, IN FACT, I AM SURE SOME GOLFERS WILL PREFER THE SMALLER HEAD SIZE. STILL A SOLID FAIRWAY WOOD.
