Anne Rice the complete Vampire chronicles Book List

Anne Rice is one of my favorite authors. This is definitely the best series that she has written to date. The main characters are of course vampires, but she does not limit the stories to just life as a vampire. The books are all about the trials and tribulations of life, the people just happen to be vampires. they are stories of black and white with alot of grey between just like life. I would compare The Vampire Chronicles to the Sopranos, in that both are about extraordinary people and their ordinary issues.

The first 4 books in the series are without a doubt the best, but the lateer books are great reading if the first four hooked you. I recommend that the first four are read in order after those any order is ok.
